Shipping policy

Within the territory of Latvia, delivery to parcel machines via Omniva, DPD, or Latvijas Pasts takes 1-3 business days.

Latvian legislation requires the owner of an online store to specify the terms for product delivery, returns, and withdrawal rights. This specification is called a distance contract (Cabinet of Ministers regulations).

Distance Contract

In this online store, the seller (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) on one side and the person placing the order (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) on the other side, enter into the following Agreement:

The Seller agrees to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer’s order.

Delivery and Payment Terms

  1. The Buyer places an order through the website, specifying the type and quantity of goods to be ordered.
  2. The Buyer may pay for the goods using the payment tools embedded in the online store or by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer via email. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.
  3. The Seller ensures the delivery of goods within 5 days after payment is received, coordinating the delivery time with the Buyer.

Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the goods by sending a withdrawal letter to the Seller. The Seller will provide a withdrawal form to the Buyer via email upon request.

The Buyer is obligated to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the withdrawal letter. All costs associated with returning the goods to the Seller are borne by the Buyer.

The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:

  • The goods, by their nature, cannot be returned, deteriorate quickly, or are quickly perishable.
  • The goods are custom-made specifically for the Buyer based on an individual order.

According to Section 12, Part 6 of the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law, “the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period.” The Seller reserves the right to deny the Buyer’s right of withdrawal or to withhold a compensation fee if the goods are damaged due to careless handling during use, improper maintenance, loss of original packaging, or significant damage to the packaging.
