Terms of service

Treasurebox SIA, REGISTRATION NO. 40203133793, A. Deglava iela 8a, Riga, LV-1009, hereina referred to as "the online store," provides the content available on the website and offers products/services in accordance with the terms outlined below.

1. General Terms

If a consumer purchases products/services through the website, such an agreement is considered a Distance Contract and is subject to the legal regulations of the Republic of Latvia, including, but not limited to, the Latvian Consumer Protection Law, the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations “Regulations on Distance Contracts,” and other relevant laws.

2. Making Purchases

The prices and specifications of products sold in the online store are listed next to the products. To place an order, add the desired products to the shopping cart. Complete all the required fields and select the most suitable delivery method. The total order cost, including delivery, will then be displayed on the screen. Complete the purchase by making payment.

3. Payment Terms

The currency for payments on the website is Euro. Purchases can be paid for by selecting from the following payment methods provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, Maksekeskus AS:

  • Latvian internet bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, and Luminor.
  • Visa/Mastercard card payments.

Note! When using internet bank payment, confirm the order and click the “Return to Merchant” button.
Personal data required for payment processing will be transferred to the licensed payment institution, Maksekeskus AS.
The contract enters into force upon the successful payment to the online store's bank account. If for any reason the order cannot be fulfilled, the Buyer will be notified, and the paid amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the notification.

4. Delivery Terms

Products are delivered to the following countries: the Baltic States, European Union, United Kingdom. The purchased goods are delivered via OMNIVA, DPD. All duties and taxes that must be paid to receive the shipment at its destination are the responsibility of the Buyer. Delivery costs are shown before order confirmation. The purchased products will be delivered to the address provided by the Buyer within 1-5 working days. In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to send the goods within up to 45 calendar days, informing the customer.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product. (Depending on the product, the Buyer may not have mandatory withdrawal rights, in which case the reason must be clearly stated and explained). The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Buyer is a legal entity.
To exercise the 14-day withdrawal right, the product must be used only for its intended purpose, and the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product within the withdrawal period. If the product is used improperly or damaged, if the product is not handled carefully or instructions are not followed, or if the original packaging is lost or significantly damaged, the online store has the right to reduce the refund amount in accordance with the product's value depreciation.
To exercise the withdrawal right, you must submit a withdrawal form, which can be found here: (insert link to the withdrawal form) ____________, by sending it to the email address pawfecthoodies@gmail.com within 14 days after receiving the goods. The Buyer covers the cost of returning the product unless the return reason is that the product does not correspond to the order (e.g., incorrect or damaged product).
The Buyer must return the product to the Seller without delay, but no later than 14 days after submitting the withdrawal form to the online store. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online store will immediately, but no later than 14 days, refund all payments received from the Buyer under the Distance Contract.
The Seller has the right to withhold the payment until the goods are received or a return confirmation is provided by the Buyer. If the Buyer has selected a shipping method other than the cheapest option offered by the online store, the online store is not obliged to reimburse the excess shipping costs.
The online store is not responsible for delays in fulfilling its obligations or non-fulfillment due to circumstances or obstacles beyond the reasonable control of the online store.
The online store reserves the right to refuse to sell products and request the return of products from the Buyer if the price listed on the online store is significantly lower than the market price due to an error.

6. Consumer Rights Regarding Non-conforming Goods

The online store is responsible for the goods sold to the Buyer if they do not comply with the terms of the contract or have defects that appeared within 6 months after the delivery date, or were present at the time of delivery, unless this assumption contradicts the nature or defect of the goods. The Buyer must notify the Seller of the non-conformity immediately, within 2 months after discovering it, i.e., by submitting a complaint. The Buyer can submit a complaint by contacting the online store via email at pawfecthoodies@gmail.com.
The online store is not responsible for defects that arise after the goods have been delivered to the Buyer. If the purchased goods have defects for which the Seller is responsible, the Buyer has the right to request the defect to be corrected or the goods to be exchanged for new ones free of charge.
If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Seller will refund the Buyer all payments made under the Distance Contract. The Seller will respond in writing to the consumer's complaint within 15 days.

7. Processing of Consumer's Personal Data

The online store processes only the personal data that the Buyer has provided when ordering products, such as name, surname, email, etc.
The online store transfers personal data to the transportation service provider(s) to ensure the delivery of goods.
If you have explicitly agreed to receive our marketing communications, including news, we may occasionally contact you by sending information about our services and the latest offers. For this purpose, we may process your email address provided when subscribing to marketing communications. The Buyer has the option to opt-out of marketing communications by notifying us by email at pawfecthoodies@gmail.com.

8. Dispute Resolution Procedure

In matters not addressed in these terms and conditions, the Buyer and Seller agree to comply with the applicable laws of the Republic of Latvia.
Any disputes arising between the Seller and the Buyer will be resolved through mutual discussions or correspondence. If the dispute cannot be resolved through discussions or correspondence, the parties will resolve the dispute in the courts of the Republic of Latvia, in accordance with Latvian law.
Disputes between the Buyer (consumer) and the Seller can be submitted for resolution to the Consumer Rights Protection Center or the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
The Buyer has the right to turn to European Union dispute resolution bodies.
